Our Condominium Management Course is a comprehensive and cumulative 3-part series. Start with CM100 to build a solid foundation, progress to CM200 for a holistic understanding, and conclude with CM300’s specialized deep dives to master every aspect of condo management.

Session Format:
All-day Training Session: Expect a full day of in-depth learning with light refreshments, including coffee/tea, and snacks throughout the day. Lunch will be provided.
The training will begin with an introduction to key condominium concepts, including governance, management styles, common management issues and effective meeting practices.
The room will be set up in classroom style and each participant will receive a course textbook to support their learning. This comprehensive resource will serve as a reference guide long after the training is complete. The textbook, along with the insights from our expert facilitators will equip you with the tools needed for ongoing success in condo management.

Sandi has great interest in working with CCI to share the knowledge she has gained and provide accurate information to condo owners regarding the Act/Bylaws, to increase awareness of CCI, and how to run a Corporation to be the best it can be.
