All About Bill 30

Insite Session: All About Bill 30

Join us for a first look at Bill 30 and its impact on the Alberta condo community.

Join the experts, condo lawyers Hugh Willis and Todd Shipley, for an essential first look at the key changes introduced in Bill 30 and an introductory webinar on how this new legislation is reshaping the condo landscape in Alberta.

The Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) will host a series of follow-up educational events focused on Bill 30 in the coming months.

CCI North Alberta and the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) present an insightful two-part INSITE Session Series exploring RECA’s role in condo management.

In this series, Doug Dixon, RECA’s Regulatory Compliance Advisor, will guide condo owners and managers through the complexities of condo management, highlighting how RECA can support their efforts. Each session will focus on the unique ways RECA helps condo managers and owners collaborate effectively, ensuring smoother operations and successful condo communities.

Part 2: Roadmap for Condo Managers

Condo managers will gain valuable insights and practical guidance on navigating responsibilities under new regulations and engaging effectively with the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA).

The session will offer effective strategies for resolving disputes before they escalate, a clearer understanding of RECA’s structure and purpose, and collaborative approaches to addressing challenges and ensuring smooth operations.
